About me
Hi, Iām Silja and am a senior EMCC accredited executive coach and a psychotherapist registered with BACP.
My approach is for clients to feel seen and understood, and for us to collaborate to understand what is happening for you and to explore what this means for you with compassion and acceptance. We work towards the key goals that are meaningful for you.
I have founded 4 businesses and worked at a senior level in finance and understand the challenges of the workplace, including for neurodivergent people or those struggling to maintain their mental or physical health. I have also worked with parents and carers supporting children with significant health and learning related support needs.
As an executive coach, I work with clients to get unstuck, and to make professional and personal progress while maintaining wellbeing. I work holistically and support clients in working with who they are and how they need to work to sustain their progress.
My areas of specialism include working with anxiety, depression, behavioural addictions, attachment difficulties, trauma including domestic and sexual abuse, post-traumatic stress including panic attacks, bereavement and loss, and relationship difficulties.
I work in a neurodivergence-affirming way and understand the differences in the way we can think, process information, perceive the world around us, as well as differences in communication.
I work in English and also Finnish.
