Executive coaching

I am a senior executive coach, mentor, and psychotherapist. Having worked at a senior level in infrastructure finance within investment management and investment banking, and as the founder of four businesses in the finance and education sectors, I understand the challenges of launching and scaling ventures as well as what is involved in successful leadership within a large organisation.

Who are my clients?

My executive coaching clients include founders, senior leaders and professionals navigating career transitions, performance improvement, or business growth, including raising capital.

Some of my clients are actively seeking to make adjustments in how they work to customise their working experience whether due to neurodivergence or wellbeing-related needs.

Where and in which sectors do I work?

I work globally across sectors including education, engineering, energy, healthcare, infrastructure, technology, and retail including fashion and sustainable fashion.

My background informs my understanding of workplace pressures, and the need for strategic leadership and team building.

Qualifications and registrations

I have over 1,500 hours of client work across executive coaching and counselling.

My training includes a postgraduate certificate in executive coaching from Henley Business School and training with the ADDCA in ADHD coaching.

I am a registered senior coaching practitioner with EMCC, and I am a member of the ADHD Coaches Organisation.
